Terms & Conditions

At Billy Evans Car Detailing, we believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to our business practices. Our Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure that all our customers are aware of the services we offer, the payment methods we accept and our policies regarding cancellations and refunds. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and we believe that our Terms & Conditions reflect this commitment.

  1. A non refundable 25% deposit will be required on most bookings.

  2. Deposits are transferable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment, any rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit.

  3. All rubbish and goods must be removed from the car prior to appointment.

  4. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in a full service charge, regardless of type of service.

  5. Heavily soiled/stained carpets/fabrics or mould/moss may result in a price increase.
