Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Billy Evans Car Detailing for your car detailing needs. We are committed to providing top-quality results and services to all valued customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for addressing all refund requests.

We strive to provide the best service possible, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with our car detailing service, please familiarise yourself with the refund policy below.

1. Eligibility For A Refund:

We only offer refunds in the following cases:​

​

a.  Cancellation. You have paid in full for your service but wish to cancel. Giving a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment. You may be eligible for a 50% refund.

b. Clothing is returnable if packaging is untouched & tags remain on the items. You will be entitled to a full refund based on these characteristics.

2. Non Eligibility For A Refund:

Refunds will not be issued for the following cases:

​

a. No-Show. Refunds will not be issued for a no-show appointment, a full service charge will be issued for clients who fail to show up to their appointment with no prior notice. 

b. Completed Services. Any service that has already been completed will not be issued a refund, although if you do have any concerns, please contact us to see how we can rectify the issue or concern. 

c. Loss or Damaged goods. We are not accountable for any goods left in the vehicle before detailing. All goods and possessions should be removed prior to the appointment.

d. Used Clothing. We will not accept any returns for clothing outside of its original packaging & tags, due to health & safety guidelines.
